Earliest Citation:

Our main problem is that previous boards of directors have been lax about enforcing certain rules and regulations, e.g., trucks parked on the property, pets unattended, for-sale signs posted in windows, etc. We are trying to enforce these rules in a reasonable manner and are meeting resistance. Our problem is how to enforce the rules in a consistent manner. We are not and don't want to be "condo commandos," policing the area day and night.
